I was reading about how magnetic therapy is considered alternative medicine and a new therapy; we must let them know in ancient Egyptian. A few thousands years is a lot older than modern medicine, so who is the real new kid on the block. It has a long history of use especially in pain relief when powerful magnets are placed near the body.

There is a large international industry supplying magnetic therapy products as health and wellness solutions. It is important though that you only deal with reputable companies, as with some the magnet strength is barely registering and so of little therapeutic use. There have been a lot of scientific studies done on the use of magnets in therapy, many doctors claiming they are just placebo effects. The magnetic bracelet I have worn for over 5 years definitely seems to have a great effect on my joints. What I would say to doctors dismissing the effects as just placebo, why do you see such great healing results on animals. Or maybe it was Doctor Dolittle who tested the animals and that is why the magnet treatments worked on them.

I know many of the studies have been welcomed by the manufactures of magnetic therapy products. It is believed that a strong magnetic field increases the flow of blood and this helps stimulate the body healing itself. Maybe it is just in the mind, but I know that my knees and joints where getting very painful and worn, by many years of martial arts. Now in the morning I can spring out of bed with no noticeable pain or joint problems, so I am a believer by experience.

Well magnetic therapy has been with us for many thousands of years and I am sure will stay with us and grow in popularity. Doctors may scoff and dismiss it, but many people only turn to this alternative treatment when the doctors have given up on them. So many people have been helped that would not have been and that is the main thing. It might be the answer for many people and as they say nothing ventured nothing gained, I for one will not be giving up my magnetic bracelet soon.

Life, full of anger, resentment, and never forgive others is a waste of time. Discontent is a prison and state of mind, we choose to live look at one bad experience in life and see how you use them. You have learned from the past, and you become stronger because of adversity.

We can not afford to live in the past – think about all the wrongs that have been made to us. Every man has his ‘cross to bear’ the African Union in this life. Instead of listing past mistakes against you, think how you succeeded to overcome other obstacles while growing mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, despite the challenges life has to offer.

Look at yourself and see the inner strength. Consider the positive contribution you have made in the lives of other people around you. If you can not think of any, think again, and begin to help those in need. Thus, you will get satisfaction, and let the offense go. Grudges only serve ‘choke’positive energy from your inner being.

Life passes so quickly as the eye blink. All we leave behind memories for those who remember us. Find it in your heart to forgive others, because you yourself empowerment. As a result, you can concentrate on more important issues, bringing happiness to your friends, relatives and friends.
